PSY 121-039 Competition

The students of PSY 121-039 had to build a brain and label the parts they thought were most important. The pictures are posted here as part of a competition. Please vote for the brain you like best by commenting with the color of the group. The colors are listed in the caption of each photo. It is not important for you to know all the parts of the brain. Their instructor will grade them on accuracy. Instead, please vote for the brain you think is most creative, or most attractive, or simply, that you like best. Orange and Teal are tied for my vote (architecturally, Teal is better). I agree with Debbie that Purple is great – but more dough would have been needed for a cross section. Every Group can decorate my cupcakes anytime – lol. And BLUE, you remind me of the commercial “This is your brain; this is your brain on….” Great Job, Everyone!

Red and Teal are both fantastic. LOVE the cerebellum and all the layers of detail in the Red group. But Teal’s has quite a realistic component to it and it seems proportional.. But I’m not supposed to judge accuracy… UM UM. I think I’ve gotta go with RED. But all of these are great! And I think I’m stealing this activity from you.

All very creative! Seems like the blue group is attempting to sway voters with their “little somethin’ extra” post. My vote is for red. Oh, and my nephew who is currently enrolled in an art class votes for red too.
